📄 General Terms and Conditions (GTC) & Payment Conditions
Here you will find all important information about our services, payment methods, and data protection.
💰 Payment Conditions:
Private customers: Payment within 7 days of the invoice date
Business customers: Payment within 14 days of the invoice date
In the event of late payment, this occurs automatically and without a reminder.
From the moment of default, we reserve the right to charge reminder fees of €5.00 per reminder level and to charge statutory default interest in accordance with Section 288 of the German Civil Code (BGB):
🔹 Private customers (consumers): 5% above the base interest rate (Section 288 (1) of the German Civil Code)
🔹 Business customers (companies): 9% above the base interest rate (Section 288 (2) of the German Civil Code)
📅 Appointment cancellations:
Cancellations or changes to appointments must be made at least 24 hours before the agreed appointment.
For cancellations at short notice, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the agreed total amount.
